Calendar Form for West Hills Church

Please check the church Outlook calendar (the blank calendar below is for reference only) to see if the dates you are requesting are available. Fill out one form for each event. For non-staff members filling out this form, please make sure that a staff member is aware of your request before filling out the form. Please specify "OFF-SITE" for Room Preferences if you are planning an off-site event. The main level and lower level facility maps are shown below for reference. Clean-up Policy: Any group using the church facility after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday is responsible for cleaning and setting up the area used, under custodial supervision, in preparation for Sunday ministries. The activity coordinator is required to line up adequate volunteer help.
